6. PAYMENT TERMS

A. Prepaid Payments

Customers may pay through the prepaid payment methods made available at checkout.

Payment transactions may be processed by third-party payment service providers. Their applicable terms and security procedures may also apply.

An order may remain pending until the payment provider confirms the transaction.

If an amount is debited but the order is not successfully confirmed, please contact us at Support@kitesclub.com with the relevant order or transaction details so that we can investigate.

B. Cash on Delivery (COD)

COD is available for eligible orders, subject to serviceability and the options displayed at checkout.

For COD orders, the customer must pay the amount due when the order is delivered.

Customers should provide accurate contact and delivery information and make reasonable arrangements to receive their orders.

If a COD order cannot be delivered, is refused, or is returned to us, we may review the circumstances before deciding on any appropriate action for future orders, subject to applicable law. We will not impose undisclosed or unlawful charges.

7. SHIPPING AND DELIVERY

We offer delivery across India, subject to courier serviceability at the delivery address.

Dispatch time

Our usual dispatch timeframe is 1–3 business days after order placement and the completion of any necessary payment or verification steps, subject to product availability and exceptional circumstances.

Estimated delivery time

Our estimated delivery timeframe is 2–5 business days after dispatch.

These are estimates, not guaranteed delivery dates. Actual delivery may vary because of the destination, courier operations, weather, public holidays, operational disruptions, or other circumstances beyond our reasonable control.

We will make reasonable efforts to provide available shipping or tracking information.

Customers are responsible for providing an accurate and complete delivery address and a reachable contact number. If an incorrect address or unavailable recipient causes a delivery issue, we will work with the customer and courier to determine the appropriate next steps.

If a shipment is significantly delayed, lost, or otherwise affected, please contact us so that we can review the issue and provide an appropriate resolution under applicable law.

Nothing in this section limits any mandatory consumer rights concerning delivery, refunds, or undelivered orders.

8. ORDER CANCELLATIONS

Customers may request cancellation before the order is dispatched.

A cancellation request is not guaranteed until it has been confirmed. Once an order has been dispatched, cancellation through our standard pre-dispatch process may no longer be possible.

However, this clause does not prevent any cancellation, return, refund, or other remedy that is required under applicable law, including in circumstances involving defective, damaged, incorrect, or otherwise non-compliant products.

If an eligible prepaid order is cancelled, any refund due will be processed in accordance with applicable law and the relevant payment provider's procedures.

9. RETURNS, EXCHANGES, AND REFUNDS

Our standard store policy does not offer returns or exchanges simply because a customer changes their mind or no longer wants a product.

However, this standard policy does not exclude remedies that are required under applicable law.
