At Kites Club, we strive to deliver premium quality apparel. However, if you're not fully satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help.

Return Policy (5 Days)

You can request a return within 5 days of delivery.
Items must be unused, unwashed, and in original condition with all tags intact.
Products showing signs of wear, damage, or alteration will not be accepted.

Exchange Policy

We offer easy exchanges for size, color, or product issues.
Exchange requests must be raised within 5 days of delivery.
Exchanges are subject to stock availability.

Non-Returnable Items

Items purchased during sale/discount offers (if applicable).
Innerwear or accessories (if applicable).
Customized or altered products.

Return Process

Contact us via email or WhatsApp with your Order ID.
Share clear images of the product (if damaged or incorrect).
Return and exchange requests will only be accepted if the customer initiates the process through the website’s official return/exchange portal.
Our team will arrange a pickup or guide you through the return process.

Refund Policy

Once the returned product is received and inspected, the refund will be processed.
Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5–7 business days.
In case of COD orders, refunds will be processed via bank transfer or store credit.

Important Notes

Reverse pickup is subject to service availability in your area.
Shipping charges ₹100/- are non-refundable.
