At KITES CLUB, customer satisfaction is our priority. We offer an easy return and exchange process to make your shopping experience smooth and convenient. Please read our policy carefully before placing your order.

1. Easy Return Policy

  • Customers can request a return within 3 days of delivery.

  • Return requests must be submitted through WhatsApp at 9009001218, along with your Order ID.

  • Products must be unused, unwashed, undamaged, and returned with original tags and packaging.

  • A ₹100 reverse-shipping charge will be borne by the customer and may be deducted from the eligible refund amount.

  • Returns are subject to product inspection and approval.

Important: Orders placed using any offer, discount, promotional deal, or coupon code are eligible for exchange only and are not eligible for standard returns. This restriction does not affect mandatory consumer rights under applicable law.

2. Easy Exchange Policy

We offer an easy exchange facility within 3 days of delivery for:

  • Size-related issues

  • Damaged or defective products

  • Incorrect products received

  • Other eligible exchange requests

Exchange Conditions:

  • Products must be unused, unwashed, and in their original condition with tags intact.

  • Exchange requests must be submitted through WhatsApp at 9009001218 with your Order ID.

  • Exchanges are subject to product availability.

  • A ₹100 reverse-shipping charge will be borne by the customer for eligible exchanges, subject to applicable law.

  • Reverse pickup depends on courier service availability in your location.

3. Refund Policy

  • Refunds are available for eligible return requests.

  • Orders purchased under offers, discounts, promotional deals, or coupon codes are not eligible for standard returns.

  • Prepaid Orders: Approved refunds will be credited to the original payment method.

  • COD Orders: Approved refunds will be processed through bank transfer or store credit, where legally permitted.

  • Refund Processing Time: Generally 5–7 business days after the returned product is received, inspected, and the refund is approved.

  • The ₹100 reverse-shipping charge may be deducted from the eligible refund amount where lawfully applicable.

Any refund or other remedy required under applicable consumer protection laws will remain available.

4. Products Not Eligible for Standard Return or Exchange

The following products are not eligible for standard returns or exchanges:

  • Used or washed products.

  • Products without original tags or damaged due to customer use.

  • Customized or altered products.

  • Products returned after the 3-day request window.

Note: Products purchased during sales, promotional offers, discount campaigns, or using coupon codes are eligible for exchange only, not standard returns.

These exclusions do not apply where a replacement, refund, or other remedy is required by applicable law for defective, damaged, incorrect, or non-compliant products.

5. How to Request a Return or Exchange

All return and exchange requests must be submitted through WhatsApp.

Step 1: Contact us within 3 days of receiving your order.

Step 2: Share your Order ID and explain the reason for your return or exchange.

Step 3: Share clear product photographs and an unboxing video wherever available.

Step 4: Wait for our team to confirm your request and provide return instructions.

Step 5: Once the returned product is received and inspected, your approved exchange or refund will be processed.

6. Important Information

  • Return and exchange requests must be raised within 3 days of delivery.

  • A ₹100 reverse-shipping charge applies to eligible standard returns and exchanges, subject to applicable law.

  • Please do not ship any product back without receiving confirmation and return instructions from our team.

  • All requests are subject to product inspection and applicable policy conditions.

KITES CLUB reserves the right to verify return and exchange requests in accordance with applicable Indian consumer protection laws. Nothing in this policy limits any consumer rights or remedies that cannot legally be excluded.
