Order Cancellation Policy – Kites Club

• Orders can be cancelled within 12 hours of placing the order.
• Once the order is shipped, cancellation will not be allowed.
• Prepaid order refunds will be processed within 5–7 working days to the original payment method.
• COD orders cannot be cancelled once shipped.

Kites Club reserves the right to cancel any order due to stock unavailability or unforeseen issues. In such cases, a full refund will be issued.
